> The Racial Profiling Board’s Mission is to eliminate racial profiling in Wichita.  Our efforts are focused on improving the relationship between law enforcement and the community by:



1. Working with law enforcement to change policies and eliminate racial biases through improved training and education for our community’s police officers.
 

2. Striving to increase knowledge and awareness in our citizens regard
