1st Amendment
Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech and the Press, right to assemble, the right to petition the government.
4th Amendment
Protection from unreasonable search and seizure.
5th Amendment
No one can be forced to testify against himself or herself. No one can be punished without due process of the law.
14th Amendment
No state shall deprive a person of life, liberty or property without the due process of law, or deny to any person within its jurisdiction, the equal protection of the laws.
Latest updates from the RPAB
On August 24th, 2024, the Board is hosting a workshop which will guide drivers with a Suspended license through the steps they need to follow to receive a Restricted license so they can legally drive. People who come, will also learn how to file a Manifest Hardship Motion to get their traffic fines, court costs and reinstatement fee reduced or eliminated.
